China's ACL slots reduced from 3+1 to 2+2

AFC published the new slot allocation of the AFC Champions League in 2023. As China's AFC club ranking falls to 3rd, China will only have 2 direct spots. Another 2 playoffs spots are allocated. In maximum 4 CSL teams could feature in the 2023 ACL as now.
